Corporate Advisory · India

Compliance, capitaland recovery —handled properly.

MyROC Advisor works with Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries across three disciplines: keeping companies compliant with the Registrar, structuring the finance a business runs on, and recovering shares and assets that have gone unclaimed.

What we do

Three practices that most firms keep apart.

Compliance, capital and recovery are usually handled by three different firms who never speak to one another. Holding them together changes what we can see — and what we can catch before it becomes a problem.

The business lifecycle

We are engaged at different points, for different reasons.

Most advisers meet a business once, at one stage. The requirements below tend to arrive in sequence, and each one is easier to solve when the previous one was handled properly.

A separate track

Asset recovery does not sit on this timeline.

Our recovery practice works with individuals, families and legal heirs rather than operating businesses — reclaiming shares, dividends and financial assets that have gone unclaimed or been transferred to the IEPF. It runs alongside the corporate work, not within it.

Asset recovery services
  1. 01 — Formation

    “What should we actually register?”

The structure decision — Private Limited, LLP or OPC — set against how the business intends to raise capital and who will hold ownership.

  2. 02 — Compliance

    “What falls due, and when?”

The annual return, financial statements, director KYC and every event-based filing. A calendar rather than an annual panic.

  3. 03 — Working capital

“Can we fund the order book?”

The gap between winning work and being paid for it. Trade instruments, receivables finance and working capital structure.

  4. 04 — Growth capital

“How do we fund the next stage?”

Debt, equity or strategic investment — with the business prepared to withstand the diligence that follows.

  5. 05 — Protection

“What happens if something goes wrong?”

Risk assessment, corporate cover and keyman protection for what the business has already built.

Why MyROC Advisor

What actually differs.

Not positioning statements. The specific things that change how an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Advisory before execution

The first output of an engagement is an assessment, not an invoice for a filing. We establish what the position actually is — what has been filed, what is outstanding, what the real constraint is — before recommending anything. Occasionally that assessment concludes that the work you asked for is not the work you need.

  2. 02

    Qualified professionals on the work

We work with experienced Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. Statutory forms are reviewed by a professional before submission rather than filed on volume, because the cost of a rejected or incorrect filing is carried by you, not by the filer.

  3. 03

    Three disciplines, one relationship

Compliance, corporate finance and asset recovery are usually handled by three separate firms that never speak. Holding them together matters more than it sounds: a company preparing to raise capital has a compliance problem before it has a funding problem, and diligence finds it either way.

  4. 04

    A defined process

Every engagement follows a stated sequence with a single consolidated document list. You are told what is required at the start rather than in a series of follow-up requests spread across three weeks.

  5. 05

    Long-term support

Compliance is a calendar, not a transaction. Funding requirements recur. Recovery cases generate queries months after submission. Engagements are built to continue rather than to close at the point of filing.

How we work

The same six steps, whatever the engagement.

Compliance, finance and recovery work differ in substance. The sequence does not.

  1. 01

    Consultation

An initial conversation to establish what you are actually dealing with, at no cost.

  2. 02

    Requirement assessment

We review the position — the MCA record, the financials, or the available documentation — and determine what applies.

  3. 03

    Documentation

One consolidated list of what is required, issued at the start rather than in instalments.

  4. 04

    Professional review

Work is reviewed by a qualified professional before anything is filed or submitted.

  5. 05

    Filing or execution

Submission to the Registrar, the authority, the registrar and transfer agent, or the counterparty.

  6. 06

    Completion and support

Confirmation, records handed over, and continued support for queries and the next cycle.

No cost, no obligation

Not sure where your company stands?

We will review your company against the public MCA record and tell you what has been filed, what is outstanding, and what it will take to regularise the position. If nothing is outstanding, we will tell you that too.

Request a compliance check

What the review tells you

  • Which annual filings have been made, and for which years
  • DIN status for each director, including KYC
  • Whether master data on the MCA record still matches the company
  • What regularising an outstanding position would involve

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Tell us what you are dealing with. The first consultation is free, and if the work you need is not work we do, we will say so.
