About
Compliance is not paperwork. It is the record your business is judged on.
MyROC Advisor is a compliance service provider offering end-to-end ROC filing and advisory services, working with experienced Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries.
From that foundation the practice has extended into the two areas that most often sit next to a compliance question: the finance a business runs on, and the assets individuals and families have lost track of. Today we work across corporate compliance, trade and corporate finance, and asset recovery, for clients across India.
Mission
To simplify compliance for businesses and help them operate without legal risks or penalties.
In practice that means two things. Removing the administrative burden of the statutory calendar, so that founders and directors are not carrying it personally. And removing the uncertainty — being able to answer, at any point, exactly where the company stands and what falls due next.
The same principle governs the recovery practice. A family that has found an old share certificate does not need optimism. They need someone to tell them what is likely to be recoverable, what it will require, and whether it is worth pursuing.
Approach
How we work, and why.
- 01
We establish the position before proposing the work
Almost every engagement begins with a review rather than a quotation. For a company, that means checking the public MCA record against the entity as it actually stands. For a recovery case, it means establishing what is likely to exist before anyone assembles a document. The assessment sometimes concludes that there is nothing to do, and we would rather say that than manufacture an engagement.
- 02
Qualified professionals do the work that requires them
We work with experienced Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. Statutory forms are reviewed by a professional before they are submitted. This is slower than filing on volume, and it is the reason we do not compete on being the cheapest option available.
- 03
We hold three practices that are usually kept apart
Compliance, corporate finance and asset recovery are normally three separate firms. Holding them together changes what we notice. A company preparing to raise capital usually has a compliance problem before it has a funding problem — and if we do not find it, the diligence process will.
- 04
We are explicit about what we cannot promise
Regulatory timelines are set by authorities, not by advisers. Recovery outcomes depend on eligibility and documentation. Funding decisions belong to lenders and investors. We will tell you what is within our control and what is not, and we will not present the second category as though it were the first.
